I don’t think we were ever meant as creative human beings to live and slave away at a workplace day in day out hardly leaving any room to raise our kids and to enjoy leisure time. I would like to see full-time work weeks to be reduced down from 36- 40 hrs a week to 24 hrs a week. So either a three 8 hr. week or a two 12 hr. Week. Increasing wages with inflation reduction could support this. I’m a full-time nurse and three 12 hr. Shifts in a week are brutal.
That would just create a situation where one person would be working two or three jobs. People are more interested in money than having free time. Of course you’re always free to find a job that only has 24 hours in a work week.
