Repeal the 1986 Act that gave big pharma immunity to kill. We also need to shut down all unconstitutional 3-letter agencies. 99% of them are unconstitutional and return the money and the authority to the states. Lets start with HHS which includes NIH, CDC and the FDA). Enter the PREP Act and the CARES Act. Start adhering to the Constitution. There is no power delegated to the federal government over health, education, the environment. Art. 1 Sec. 8 of the Constitution spells out what the federal government can do and the rest is left to the states. 9th and 10th spell it out very clearly. Education, health and the environment are state powers not the federal government. If you want to Make America Great Again get back to following the Constitution. Shut down all of the unconstitutional agencies…return the rightful funds and the power to the states.
