Indigenous peoples- i believe that when “significant “ amount of land becomes available for purchase, there should be a policy in place that helps indigenous peoples to have a first chance to offer at a significant low to minimum to no interest fee. And the government should have a grant in place to subsidize a purchase. We need to help the indigenous people get back to or get back some of their lost lands .
