The work week should be flipped. Americans should work 3 days a week and have off 4. Raise the hourly pay and make it work. The importance of focusing on our children/family and mental health should be prioritized more than our job. Being able to spend more time with our children to help our children have a better up bringing may result in less violence and bullying in our schools.
