I was referring to letting others edit by giving them permission (or not), that would be left to the author of the policy. It would just be an option. Sorry that wasn’t clear. @Mainwar@Calamata
Anyway, let’s all shift over to the Feedback channel .
It appears some of my votes go away. Do i get 10 per day or 10 total? Bc sometimes i read a new policy and think I’ll trade that for one of my other votes and this morning it says i have 9 votes left.???
Work out your post in the Notes feature on your phone or some other document creation type thing or whatever. Then copy and paste into your post after you get it the way you want to.
Yes, thank you.
Regarding Edits - it’s a matter of backtracking, but I am also updating/consolidating. When my edit-count reaches a maximum, it inhibits my consolidation schemes. That’s what I’m trying to say.
Would you please pin my policy package proposal for more exposure?
It’s a very well researched, comprehensive, realistic, ground-breaking approach to simultaneously protect women’s maternal healthcare access, and address the top concerns about abortion and pro-life laws. It does not ban abortion or mess with state’s gestational limits. It’s a federal exception law, with teeth, that offers small but meaningful concessions to pro-lifers as well. I honestly think that it’s necessary to save our country, and if adopted, would help Trump appeal to more voters, clench the popular vote and forever stabilize the polarizing abortion issue. @VNAlexander@ShaneVeldhuizen
To this end, the P4P system could offer legislative bill templates, to be filled in according to typical procedure. That’s a big ask. But it would eliminate policy ideas that are just a single sentence “ban such and such” or “make this illegal.”
If not that, which would be amazing, have subcategories for Ideas vs. Policies. This way, someone can post an overview of an idea that could turn into policy, and others can post policy details, more intricate, that integrate more within what policies would have. One sentencers or one paragraph ideas vs. the bulleted, layed out plans of the detailed policies.
Basically, two different categories for the general concepts and the one’s where experience and/or research imprinted more deeply.
Was this platform really put up by RFK. Jr? It is being spread on social media as a platform that he created to address issues we find important. That is how I found out about the platform. I have not been able to find any posts or information from him stating this. There is also nothing on this site that states his involvement either. There seems to be more people on this platform opposing his policies rather than supporting them. Thank you kindly, in advance, for addressing my question!
I have already noticed many proposals that I thoroughly disagree with. I hope that things are fixed before this just becomes an echo chamber and alienates most people.
I’d like to suggest a highlighter option, for the topics that have multiple points. The user could highlight each point and details with a color. That way the people viewing and asking questions to these larger policies can color coat their topics to the correct point from the original users post.
Hallelujah! I see Policies for the People = truly greater Power to the People to shape policies to form an environment where life, liberty and pursuit of happiness can thrive! Now just got to get the word out of its existence.
So excited to be apart of this. This is such a beautiful way to start the beginning of a wonderful future of our country once again. Very exciting time
