Weighted Voting based on "Societal Contributions"

Controversial but worth dissecting. Everyone’s vote starts at 1. You’re share of the vote increases if you meet one of more of the outlined items below. The goal would be to limit categories that would disenfranchise based on race, sex, gender, etc.

Employed Full-Time = X% of a vote
Provider care for children, adults with disabilities, or elderly = X% of a vote
First responders, teachers (K-12), nurses, military, etc = X% of a vote
Active duty or retired military = X% of a vote
Business owner with 10+ employees = X% of a vote
Naturalized citizen = X% of a vote
Infrastructure-critical job (electrical, waste & recycling management, plumbing, etc) = X% of a vote

I think that this would violate half of the voting policies that currently are not an issue whatsoever and result in way too much inequality and unfair representation. Voting laws should only be amended if absolutely necessary.
