No agency should mess with the weather and alter it any more and to stop that once and for all as its seems there are so many national and foreign agencies experimenting on weather in a heavy populated areas that might cause some serios conditions.

Please stop the chemicals spraying into the atmosphere. It’s affecting health, ability to breathe and plants are not growing to their potential. Many farmers in our area are constructing green houses to keep the chemical spray off produce.

For every action, there is an equal or oposite reaction. In this case it is having a profound oposite reaction.
