Today seems the day to observe that the VA has been a failure for over half a century. If you live Urban your facility is likely overloaded. If you live rural you likely have an unreasonable distance to travel to get care OR you have to beg for Community Care permission which you cannot have unless you maintain a PCP at the nearest VA anyway. 
Recent times have demonstrated that this 2 letter agency is just as corrupt as most 3 letter agencies.
Lets disband this failure and just let Vets use their local providers. This would likely improve their care and the local health care system.
