New governmental incentive programs for verticle farming with aquaponic fisheries. Verticle farming increases crop yield with a fraction of the water currently used. With a closed water loop system with fisheries, the nitrogenous wastes from the fish fertilize the crops. Immense quantities of clean food can be produced with very limited space, creating vast abundances for our recovering society. Farming facilities could be built near every community in the country to ensure lots of good quality food with minimized transportation needed.
