VA benefits for the Autistic children of Veterans

I would like a study conducted on Active duty and Veteran families. The study will clearly show higher rates of autism in veteran and active duty families. The only study conducted only covers active duty which is flawed, because most get out in 4 years and have kids later in life.

After the Vietnam war The autistic children of veterans with agent orange exposure recieved full VA benefits. I want this program restored. I know multiple Veteran families with 2 or 3 autistic children and I have two. Now we have a link to heavy metal exposure this should be studied. Any Navy Veteran has extensive heavy metal and radiological exposure from the ship yards and ships.

Would this include the children of divorce who no longer get tri care? And what about ex spouses who were forced vaccines on base?
