You read the title, since cow farts are so bad and natural gas is so good, get the Bill Gates foundation on extracting the natural gas from cows. The cows would become less bloated (reducing animal cruelty and making me a better steak) and we could reduce the carbon emissions from coal by methane. Win-win solution for Earth.
