Once sworn into the military I believe that any individual should retain complete rights as an adult including the ability to buy any item an adult can. This would both spark a rise in 18-year-old inductees (i wish I didn’t wait until 19) and allow them to join in all of the festivities of their comrades. This should have been a thing for a long time but perhaps now is the time.
