Programs like DARPA & HAARP need to be disabled unless it truly benefits the People. Using it for Corporate Greed does nothing for progress & evolution & only makes the world that much more dangerous. We as Tax Payers have the absolute Right to know what we’re spending our money on. Shadow or Quasi-Governments using the Military Industrial Complex to their benefit is very detrimental to Humanity & immediately needs to stop & allow We the People the rightful access to the Technology from off-world Planets that can heal our Planet & the People. That Technology is our Business, so make it ALL TRANSPARENT!
