I currently work a man who was an aircraft technician in the air force. After discharge, his military certifications were not transferable to the civilian side. I simply propose all military personel are allowed to transfer any certifications acquired in military service are transferable and accepted in the civilian sphere.
Also, any military personal that served active duty in a hot zone should honestly, be given a free house, if not, at least interest free mortgage.
