Top policies should not be rated on how many comments and votes they have. There are several policies that have no votes across the board and some that appear not serious to help our Country.
Policies that have a substantial amount of feedback and votes because everyone is saying no are not top policies.
Policies which are posted to make a mockery of the platform or as a joke gaining reactions should also not be top policies.
