Top Latin American or otherwise named Board of Presidents Policy Development Initiative

The following is an idea of mine, Jay, a polyglot with a diverse ethnicity and varying xeno-backgrounds and ethnographic journeys.

This is a policy development stream. I will commenting as the MAEd policy editorial head. LABP is a research series focused on the best-possible development of this region. LABP is polyglot organization at all times and will cater its policies and the contents regarding them in all English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, as well as the subsequent languages that qualify for integration.

I will be suggesting diplomatic positions to resolve the Latin American issues in a way that empowers their public’s opinion, needs and interests in a way that can be monitored publicly through a social network of sorts.

Initially opened elsewhere, the Latin American Board of Presidents (LABP) should be inaugurated to address the most important problems of the region in a polyglot environment that includes English, Spanish, Portuguese, French as well as the languages that amount to a required number to qualify as languages that can coexist in the web, app and other versions of the access to the LABP.

LABP will be in charge of umbrella-terming certain processes regarding how the region works and meets needs in a way that is social-network laced, with ushered opinion-gathering tools, etc.

Today’s initial post is to introduce the subject in general ways. The idea is for me to continue adding to this policy endeavor of mine by revisiting both historic and future-oriented premises and projections and their corresponding combination.

A publicly-monitored process will be in place to allow the formation of commissions devoted to specific topics that affect the nations geographically involved.

Once established, the LABP will announce its eventual main offices a given city of Venezuela, as the country that, due to its geographical location will host Venezuela’s and any other qualifying Presidents. LABP’s [Board’s] President could only preside from such branch, when installed. Such, president will be presiding from the initial elsewhere main offices of the LABP.

Once Venezuela is liberated from its cocaine-distribution dictatorship laced with military and political heirs of a once known charismatic initial President then self-made dictator from 1999, the LABP shall proceed to install its offices in Venezuela ensuring that Venezuelans can actually use their Constitution, which provides great tools for actual democracy, such as referendum in plural, referenda.

LABP shall facilitate initially, the actual deployment of Venezuela’s Constitution and laws so that the country can return to the order that used to be its normal state of affairs of the year 1980 in most ways.

All measures will provided so that LABP guarantees that nothing like Venezuela’s 1989 or 1992 can ever occur again.

The LABP will assign research to determine what best parts of its main three dictatorships should be revisited or reinstated if so voted on referendum, and what unfair/oppressive practices by either of the three Venezuelan known dictatorships should be entirely legislated out of any likelihood.

In similar ways, all other geographically-bound nations should actively participate in measures that allow their states to position themselves in the possibility of matching or exceeding the LABP’s Constitutional Expectation Guidelines that will be revised every 2 years and will be registered in the LABP’s Legal Expectation Guidelines, which involve the study and suggestion-generating commissions that use research in the benefit of the countries involved and their population’s needs and interests, as in their general economy and safety.

LABP’s role is to guarantee peaceful and lawful stabilization of the region, ensuring also safety of the people as well as Human Rights in manners that ensure stability (economic and crime-wise), ethics and public satisfaction gauges of social sort.

Gauges of social sort will be intricate tools that ensure static accuracy and reliability through tools such as informed-choices, delineated surveying, etc.

LABP, once installed in Venezuela, will guarantee the stabilization of the region in a way that is pleasing to the public, liberating and dignifying for the women, children and seniors because their opinions will be heard in a increasing pace, since more populations will join as LABP’s campaigns begin.

LABP will generate networks of knowledge within languages but also across languages and will develop intersectional, comprehensive, interdisciplinary and longitudinal models based on a set of priorities that are bound to economic, social and legal interests of the public.

Throughout the days, comments by myself will be incorporated to this topic on how this policy should unfold so that best-possible results can be attained in safe and ethical manners that equally guarantee economic sustainability.
