The Visibility Act

Upon election or Appointment to any government office (defined as Governor or higher) to include all in the House, the Senate and the Presidency, it is understood that all rights to absolute secrecy are forfeit until 2 years following removal from that position. This includes stock market trades, phone calls outside of the US, private conversations that are not within a personal residence (which must be logged for this time frame) or individual meetings with select officials that could potentially violate law (including election officials, etc). The only secrecy that can take place must be approved to be deemed Top Secret by a select committee of all party affiliations which will be put into place via an election by the people. Any attempt to subvert this visibility will be liable to 5 years in prison and/or fines. Penalties will be stacked per offense.
