THIS IS NOT A DECLERATION THAT AFRICA IS PART OF THE UNITED STATES. This is a statement from President Trump that Africa will now become United just as the US is, and that Africa will become a strategic partner with America from now on. A 10 year plan will be needed to bring up all the states of Africa to the US’s standard. This statement is also announcing that the capital of the United States of Africa will be located in Tanzania. This 10 year plan will include a large # of US military and civil workers to help establish a long term United society for Africa.
