The constitution is a living breathing document and is extremely detailed and straight forward.
My policy would end shady governing practices and those who twist and dig at the constitutional rights of the people.
This policy would allow the people ( 100 or more ) to call out and begin the process of removal for any state employee ( governor congressional personnel ) senator assembly person etc who blatantly tries to violate the people’s rights.
These people took an oath of office and swore to uphold the constitution and it is a direct violation if they do anything other than that.
A swift public trial would ensue and they would be removed and possibly jailed.
The replacement would be a special election and not the next officer in line - however the 2nd in line would uphold the office until the election has been implemented. No longer than 60 days.
This policy would give shady individuals in our government reason for hesitation before they violate the people’s rights.
