Any NGO or politician that has aided and abetted in any financial, transportation, housing, etc., to an undocumented migrants, illegal alien and/or foreign national (e.g., a refugee or asylum seeker, Tren de Aragua, ms-13 etc.) that has committed a crime will be charged with the crime of aiding and abetting in said crime thereof.
