—The Natural Law of Primitive Survival—
Allowing citizens in rural communities or persons with financial hardships to fish and collect rainwater freely, without licenses, fines or fees when done so non-commercially, on privately owned land. Expansion on hunting & trapping for low income individuals, families, or in rural communities by waving licensing fees or loosening restrictions on wild game for persons experiencing financial distress.
Allowing private sales between individuals of eggs, livestock meats, poultry, dairy, raw milk, honey, or any homemade, homegrown, or natural self sustainable products without FDA supervision or regulation when said sales are done with transparency.
Fully legalize the private growth of industrial hemp on private land in rural communities when grown/used for self sustainable products & purposes without fees, licensing or regulations. This includes the rights and privileges as listed but not limited to making paper, ropes, linens and textiles for clothing or shoes, painting oils, soaps, nutritional supplementation, seed milk, chemical extracts (CBD), and building materials such as insulation, hempcrete or hemp-bricks.
General summation: The very basic necessities & natural resources in their most primitive state, that have been used to sustain humanity since the beginning of time is not a commodity for the government to control when in consideration to self sustainability or survival. Nature should not be so strictly regulated by our government as to obtain unnecessary fees, or impose legal reprimand against citizens who choose self sustainable practices on their private property.
