Section 2. Purpose

Congress finds that:

  • The integrity of the Republic depends on elected officials and law enforcement officers faithfully enforcing the laws of the United States.

  • Accountability must be mandatory, not discretionary, for all officials sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Section 3**. Duty to Enforce**

  • All elected officials, state attorneys general, district attorneys, and law enforcement officers shall have a non‑discretionary duty to enforce existing laws.

  • Failure to enforce laws constitutes dereliction of duty and violation of the oath of office.

Section 4**. Penalties for Non‑Enforcement**

  • Any official who fails to enforce existing laws shall be subject to:

    • Felony charges of the first degree.

    • Immediate removal from office.

    • Permanent disqualification from holding public office in the United States.

    • Mandatory imprisonment upon conviction, with a minimum sentence of 10 years

Section 5. Oath of Office Integrity

  • All officials must swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States as the supreme law of the land.

  • Any refusal to swear or affirm allegiance to the Constitution shall be disqualifying.

  • Administrators of oaths who fail to properly administer the constitutional oath shall face felony charges under this Act.

Section 6. Citizen Enforcement

  • Citizens of the United States shall have standing to bring suit in federal court against any official who fails to enforce existing laws.

  • Federal courts shall be required to hear such cases on an expedited basis, with decisions rendered within 90 days of the filing date.

  • Judgments confirming misconduct shall trigger penalties under Section 4.

Section 7. Supremacy Clause

This Act shall be enforced pursuant to Article VI of the Constitution, ensuring that no state law, local ordinance, or agency policy may override its provisions.

Section 8. Effective Date
This legislation shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.

I have a real hard time believing that Congress is going to vote against their own. Best interest! Hold them accountable. Are you joking? Look at where we are today. Congress is a full on bunch of traders who watched and helped Obama and Biden import terrorism into this country over the last four years. Accountability would be to drain the swamp and start over with real patriots.
