Tax credit for every remote employee a business has

Every “remote” worker a business employs should entitle the business to a tax credit. This could incentivize a business to reduce their footprint, opening up more real estate that could be converted to other uses.

The reduction in traffic could lower the number of traffic deaths, the cost to maintain roadways, tailpipe emissions, etc.

The total potential savings is unimaginable, as I continue to connect commuting to work with almost every aspect of my life.
Health: Less time in the car, more time to exercise, go to the doctor, buy healthy groceries rather than take-out, less exposure to accidents.
Financial: One less car in the driveway, less money spent on fuel, insurance, maintenance.
