I feel that senior citizens are not being given nutritious food. The corporate owners skimp on the meals and wont provide dark greens, organics, local fresh foods. They have long term contracts with the distribution companies, so local alternatives are not in the picture.
I feel that the government could help in hiring students of health who would observe, collect data and help implement and design the introduction of better food. This would be an indecent evaluation and provide a connection between farmer, elderly and youth.
