When trying to get in touch with a large company for customer service purposes, it’s very difficult when you wait so long to talk to someone located in another country with a strong accent. There’s a communication barrier which makes customer service from that foreign country much more harder and the entire process is frustrating. Outsourcing should be done in America and those jobs should be given to American people.

This is actually a huge problem in the entertainment industry as well.
Companies prefer to outsource animators from other countries so they can save more money and don’t have to pay American artists a (barely) living wage. Most animation you see comes from South Korea or Japan. Remember that next time you and your kids are watching a Disney movie or an animated show comes on the tv.
Pay American citizens. Not other countries
