Please let us create laws for spay and neuter programs in every city and town across the country. IF pet owners could get theirs pets fixed at little to no cost OR people like my grandparents who’s property becomes a dumping ground for cats and they become a colony so quickly. My grandparents are on a fixed income and cannot afford to catch and fix 30+ feral cats!! If there was programs to help these situations we could stop the overgrowth of populations of street animals and lessen the burden on the shelters that only seem to euthanize these innocent babies!!! California and Texas seem to be the worst!!! PLEASE HELP me create spay/neuter catch and release, low cost for all, programs!!! THANK YOU
