Put a tax on EV’s for however many years necessary to pay back the money the Biden Admin (illegally misappropriated via a direct violation of the Hatch Act) stole from Medicare in order to fund the EV federal rebate program.
Overhaul Social Security in order to smartly grow the fund so that social security payments keep retirees in the middle class. As well as overhaul
of Medicare in order to make the premiums free or a very small percentage of the retirees social security payments. We have enough bright minds that could set up a system that would grow both funds in order to properly support American retirees.
