Should Congress Members Disclose Bill Ownership?

The congressman and/or congresswoman that writes or sponsors a Bill should be required to have their Name, State, and Party on the front page such that American patriots have full transparency who owns the content of the Bill.

If a congressman and/or congresswoman amends the Bill their name, State, & Party should be published for the pork added to the Bill.

A staff member or lobbyist should only be submitted as a Bill or Bill Amendment upon approval from a congressman and/or congresswoman.

My objective is to have transparent ownership of Bills that are superfluous or just plain Pork to get a vote.

i.e. Which congressman and/or congresswoman authored/supported spending $50 million for condoms???

This type transparency should also be for government expenditures that were not specified in the Bill.

Any congressman and/or congress woman should be required to make a full disclosure of their authorship to their constituents when they run for re-election.

I like this idea. If it moves forward I suggest a way of recalling the authors of these poor bills, if they are that slipshod with our finances, they should be bounced out onto the pavement.
