School choice is arguably one of the most important laws we need to reform education. They can have their woke agenda but they have to fund it.
The federal government should have no strings attached to funding education. Currently, the federal government dictates what is taught by tying money to different policies. This should be abolished. The local government should spend more time forming their local education system and tailoring it to fit their demographic. Schools should have a standard to support the students trajectory but can do it at their own discretion. Parents rights are inherent. Parents can choose a school that supports them or a school that substitutes for them.
It is important to remove any laws that would benefit teacher unions from having too much power over the profession. Teachers should be free to choose what school they work in and the pay should be also standard across the states synonymous with the price per student.
