Currently when a person goes through the legal process to gain American citizenship, they are allowed to bring immediate family members into America to live here forever, which in my opinion should not be allowable but thats not what my policy idea addresses.
My policy idea is to implement “Reverse Chain Migration” meaning if ANYONE caught entering our country illegally, then not only are they permanently banned from becoming an American citizen or entering A erica forever, anyone in their immediate family are now banned from becoming a legal citizen in America or entering on a work visa to even to vacation here. So the same family tree breakdown allowed to migrants granted in “Chain Migration”, that same family tree breakdown, in Reverse Chain Migration Policy, will be forever denied citizenship in America if ONE family member is caught trying to enter America illegally.
This will help curb illegal alien crossing attempts in America by making anyone thinking of entering illegally think twice about doing it because if they get caught it will stop a generation of that family from becoming an American citizen or even entering America on a work visa or to vacation here.…that one illegal’s action will have a ripple effect into his or her entire family for the lifetime of that family.
