Restructure FEMA by training & employing veterans to also combat suicide & homelessness

Emulate Aerial recovery, which is a fantastic nonprofit that has deployed veterans to respond to Hurrican Helene. This serves multiple functions in society 1) gives veterans a sense of purpose, which combats depression 2) provides boots on the ground for those impacted by natural disasters. Our most equipped people are under-utilized in society succumbing to homelessness and relational deterioration as they struggle. We know that suicide and depression related to difficulty re-assimilating to civilian life is a major unfortunate issue facing veterans. This group also has a healing retreat where they receive therapy, health and wellness training and fellowship with fellow veterans. On top of disaster relief, they combat trafficking, which is an issue that those impacted by natural disasters face when evil people take advantage of their especially vulnerable state under the guise of rescue. This extra training gives them an intensely valuable asset to society.

Eliminate FEMA - listen to great Davy Crocket speech by Rand Paul how FEMA is Unconstitutional. States and communities need to come together to help each other just like NC: We keep the tax $ to do just that how we want to help. No more Feds.
