Restore Right to Travel- Stop Police from Pulling you over because your vehicle is not registered or you don't have a Driver's License

Americans were given the right to travel without being bothered by police period. Police have been used against Americans and states are now stating that you need a driver’s license to drive, your car needs to be registered with a plate on it etc. The Supreme Court has ruled that American’s do NOT need to have a driver’s license to drive their automobile if they are traveling in the private.

U.S. SUPREME COURT AND OTHER HIGH COURT CITATIONS PROVING THAT NO LICENSE IS NECESSARY FOR NORMAL US

“The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Under this constitutional guaranty one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with nor disturbing another’s rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct.”

As the case law shows if you work in commerce, yes you are required to have a driver’s license.

The point of this is to put police back where they belong and there to protect the Americans and be there for emergency situations. Far too many police have been violating American’s rights for far too long. I have much respect for them, but they need to know there place.

In reality, laws, statutes, rules and regulations DO NOT apply to the living Americans, they are put in place for government officials. Laws, statutes, rules, regulations and do not apply to living souls of the Republic as they violate our original constitutional rights provided by the United States of America, the Republic as well as the 10 Maxims of Law.

We have been brain washed from the beginning of the driving age that we need to register our vehicles and if you talk to 100 people, probably 1 will know that if it is not a business vehicle that makes you a profit, a personal vehicle does not need to be registered.

I know!! Even when you purchase your vehicle from the dealership, they force you to register it even though it is a personal vehicle.

Yes, but that’s what we get when criminals (members of he secret handshake club) run the government.

I agree 100 percent. My sister’s car was impounded by police and she was lawfully traveling. It has been over 3 months. Her car has been smashed and we cannot get any help from any elected government official. This is not ok and it needs to be addressed. My sister is handicap and can’t buy another car. She is in a real bind. Her right were violated. She was issued citations. She never pled to the charges and the record shows she did. We filed suit and it was dismissed in federal court. So they have all ignored her right to travel. This needs to stop

I’m so sorry for your sister’s situation. She definitely had her rights violated.

Welp! We found the Sovereign Citizen.

How about you simple obey the law. You want to drive in America: Have a current state issued drivers license; vehicle registration and vehicle insurance. Its not that difficult to have and maintain those 3 simple items.

So they can continue infringing upon our unalienable rights…WAKE UP!! They’ve infringed on every one of them. Read the original constitution that this country was founded upon and start realizing that they have ZERO power over you unless you allow them to. Why don’t the cops start following the laws and stop harrassing Americans. I’m not a citizen, I am an American.

It isn’t about difficulty. It is about government overreach, and our rights being eroded. I feel the same way about all “insurance”. My home is paid in full, so they cannot force me to buy homeowners. I have Medicare that I EARNED from working, but it covers almost NOTHING that I use for real health care. car Insurance is a scam. If you get in an accident t and use your policy, then your rates go up until you have equaled out the payout for your accident. same with Liability insurance. All insurances are scams, and should never be FORCED on the people. They are based on fear. People have the right to choose. Many Americans who know about sovereignty still buy license plates because they don’t want the hassle. We should NEVER be harassed for doing something that is our RIGHT!

Did some more digging…Here’s another Supreme Court decision for you, unless you think the Supreme Court shouldn’t have any say in our land and if that is the case, you shouldn’t be here!!

“No State shall convert a liberty into a license, and charge a fee therefore.” (Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105) “If the State converts a right (liberty) into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right (liberty) with impunity.” (Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham, Alabama, 373 U.S. 262).

Therefore, anything your state requires a license for is an over reach and you as an American, have the ability to engage in the right with impunity per the Supreme Court rulings.

You’ve been sold a hoax. I could not disagree with this more than I do. I am for law and order and for safe roads. Not having a driver’s license and vehicle registration make the roads less safe. Driving is a privilege, not a right. No one is saying you cannot travel, just don’t drive a car if you don’t have license and registration and insurance if required. You can still travel by walking, biking, flying, by bus or train.

How have I been sold a hoax when the Supreme Court…Supreme Law of the Land has rulings that I have literally posted here??? Just because you disagree, doesn’t mean that I have been sold a hoax!! Once the illegals are gone, we should have less people driving on our roads that don’t understand how to drive and proper driver’s education should be automatically taught in schools as it used to be because it is a life skill. Furthermore, traveling is a RIGHT, not a privilege!! How else would you be able to do the normal things you do without being able to travel? Get your groceries, visit your family, etc. Any sort of licensing impedes on your unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It’s all government overreach!!

Many of these cases have been brought to court. Not one has won. The Supreme Court rulings you listed are taken out of context and/or misinterpreted. Google sovereign citizen in Wikipedia and see what it says. It’s okay for you to not believe me.

How is that possible when I just posted a bunch of them?

First thing i think of is… what are YOU hiding?

Absolutely nothing!! Just tired of government over reach!! My vehicle is currently licensed, I currently have a driver’s license and insurance. This is all against our unalienable and constitutional rights though. Just looking for my God given freedom!! Just because people want their unalienable rights and God given freedoms, you think they have something to hide?

To be frank with you, this is absolutely NO DIFFERENT than the 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms. People just don’t know the Constitution anymore the way that they should and don’t seem to care about the government over reach and taking rights and trying to turn them into privileges and forcing you to pay fees for said right, which the Supreme Court has ruled that States CANNOT do this!!

It’s called the criminal justus system
