Back in the early 2010’s Congress past a law that put into place a requirement to label all meat for sale in the US include a country of origin label. If any animal was NOT born and raised in the US, it could not carry the USA label. However, a suit in the WTO said that this was unfair trade, and the US pull the requirement down (without any real fight for the law, denying Americans of this purchase decision data). On a side note, the 4 major American meat packers were against this and also actively opposed the act. I believe that now is the time to reimplement this requirement. I don’t think the law was repealed. REQUIRE TRUE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN LABELING

Not only food. Each part of production process should be noted as per country of origin.
It is concerning when the company headquarters address is on every product sold by huge chain. (Monrovia CA)
It is only fair for consumers to know where their food and products originate and are produced.
