All Federal employees and federal contractors must take a course on the Bill of Rights. The focus must be on the 4th ammendment but all ammendments shall be covered within one calendar year. Failure to complete this training will result in the forfeiture of employment and all benefits associated with the previously held position.
-Seven ammendments per quater shall be reviewed with a questionnaire.
-A passing grade of 100% must be obtained before moving past each course.
-The test shall have 3 questions per ammendment.
-Employees having worked in a previous quarter shall not perform their work functions until the employee completes their quarterly ammendment refresher.
