All federal public servants must provide an annual financial disclosure that requires full disclosure of domestic and foreign accounts. Additionally, Public Officials must disclose any ties to and businesses with ownership and any NGO’s. Failure to provide such information will immediately trigger forfeiture of their position and replacement election will ensue. Public officials must supply information annually of all stock, bond and mutual fund transactions with specific information about purchase and selling prices.
