I would like to see corporations/government unable to buy or confiscate property after a natural or man-made disaster. Any funds to rebuild a community after such, should be restored to the residents of that said community. Any natural materials or etc found should belong to the community it sits under. This would help to discourage large out-of-area companies from exploiting a desperate people. I would also like to see intensive public investigations concerning disasters that cause loss of life or property. This would include preluding factors that may have led to further destruction, neglect to inform & emergency response.
