Private companies that contribute to the overall well being in society should be in a way lower tax bracket then companies that generate income at the expense of others (Polluters, processed food, cigarettes, alcohol, Monocrop gmo farming etc. etc. )
Businesses would apply for lower taxes and only be rewarded if independent analysis of their companies impacts on society meets the decided threshold.
Go after with high taxes on the selfish / businesses that are a net negative to mutual well being.
