“Stop Rogue Judges and Restore the People’s Vote”

We, the undersigned American voters, demand Congress act now to stop unelected district judges from issuing nationwide injunctions that block the will of the people and to end the counting of illegal immigrants in Census apportionment that rigs our elections. President Donald Trump won a landslide victory in 2024—80 million votes, popular and electoral—to deport illegals and secure our borders. Yet judges like James Boasberg (D.C.) issue sweeping orders—like his March 24 block on deportations—that defy our mandate, cost us billions, and leave our youth, like Laken Riley, dead at the hands of criminals who shouldn’t be here.
This isn’t just about bias—it’s about power. One judge shouldn’t overrule a president and millions of us. Meanwhile, 11 million illegals pad blue-state populations, handing Democrats extra House seats and Electoral College votes—California’s 52 seats vs. Texas’s 38—diluting our voices. Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY) bragged her district can “absorb migrants for redistricting purposes,” proving they’re gaming the system for 2030, not helping constituents who lose jobs, schools, and safety to this flood ($4 billion in NYC alone since 2022).
We’ve had enough. Congress has the power (Article I) to limit lower courts and fix apportionment. We demand:
- Ban Nationwide Injunctions: Pass a law—“District Court Injunction Reform Act”—so no district judge can block federal policy beyond their turf without circuit court approval in 30 days.
- Count Citizens Only: Amend Census rules to exclude illegals from apportionment—stop rewarding sanctuary states that break our laws (8 U.S.C. § 1325) and hurt their own people.
This is our home. We decide who comes in—not judges, not scheming reps. Sign to take back our vote, our borders, and our future.
