Personal Accountability for those in public service

Along with everyone else who has lied to we, the people, and Congress. We need a PA Act. Personal Accountability Act. It needs to be similar to a RICO Act but meant to provide accountability to every person in public serving agencys like FEMA, the CDC and WHO, law enforcment, politicians and any person who has to take a sworn oath to protect and serve or is in the media. This Act would allow people who have suffered any type of loss property, healt, their business or jobs due to the refusal or the neglance of our various adminstrations, judiciary, governance or the likes to be sued privately by the people who have been effected by their either of lack of duty, or their refusal to uphold our constitution and laws or spreading lies aka mis/ disinformation. These people should have all their assets ceased, like in the RICO Act, and sold to pay restitution to victims.
