Determine key areas surrounding quality of life. Affordability, family wealth, expenses, maintenance, crime, homeless etc to determine if an elected official can be re-elected. Purpose is to ensure that elected official is working for the people with proper policies and fiscal responsibility so we can have a standard way of measuring that. Need to make sure interpretations of the data and the source of the data is consistent. I would even suggest measuring how policies affect families. Making policies help boost family values and make it easier to have time with families.
