Peoples Department of Rights

The Peoples Department of Rights would legally represent the people and bring suit against the government or individuals in government roles, Including elected officials. Arguably this is the responsibility of the DOJ, however the DOJ has shown little impetus to pursue such cases. The DOJ in multiple instances like January 6th, is the one violating the rights of individuals.

  1. Revue proposed legislation and regulations. The department would then notify the legislative body that the legislation or regulation is in direct violation of the constitution and if passed the legislation or regulation will be immediately challenged. Those that vote for it are in jeopardy of being in violation of their oath of office to defend and uphold the constitution.

  2. Litigate any legislation that is passed in violation of the constitution at any level of government.

  3. Find existing legislation and regulations that violate the constitution and litigate to have that legislation removed.

  4. Litigate against any government organization that has violated the constitution and those involved. Removing them as a minimum penalty. If possible remove authorization of government agencies that enabled the transgressions.

  5. File suit an behalf of individuals that have had their rights violated, with proceeds going to the individual.
