Government is for the people, by the people; therefore, government-owned patents and sources of income should be for the people-
10% of the income raised by patents, sources of income, and investments generated by the government should be distributed monthly to US citizens 18yrs+.
I propose that citizens receive the income they already essentially own. This is similar to how a business gives its owners/members dividends. Additionally, this money should be tax-free as it is generated by the entity that collects taxes. This is not a distribution of collected taxes, only real income generated by American government patents, investments, or the like. This is NOT meant to be a livable wage. Instead, it is a reasonable distribution of our investment into America.
