Anywhere an ornamental plant is allowed to grow, a vegetable or fruit plant should also be allowed to grow. This would be helpful to the communities in many ways. No bans on planting food sources!

Speaking of HOA’s, they should just ban them and thier ability to levy assesments as they see fit that people are ‘‘obligated’’ to pay. Sometimes in the 10’s of thousands of dollars which owners can’t always afford.

This is a county issue too. I tried to put my garden in my front yard bc its the only spot I get full sun. The county came and told me I couldnt have it in my yard. It had to be in my back yard or the pots needed to go on my porch (where I dont get sun). Why cant I grow my family food in my front yard? Too many regulations. So needless to say I havent been able to accomplish a garden.
