Make it illegal to use government funds (tax dollars) to fund NGOs . If the US government is funding NGOs regardless of the NGOs purpose or agenda, kind of makes the Non Governmental moniker moot. At this point it’s definitely a Government Organization. I’m sure there is good NGOs out there that truly desire to be helpful, but it’s kind of clear as day, this loophole is being misused and should be cut off across the board.
