New Defense Policy: Taming the War State

Any policy on National Defense/Homeland Security should include revitalization of the Militia of the several states as it is the Militia of the several states that are to “execute the law… suppress insurrection , and repel invasion”. The Militia of the several states have primacy in this role per the constitution itself and the natural laws that produce a sovereign people.

Revitalization of the militia of the several states

No individual sovereignty can exist. Self determination by self-determined means can only exist by the mutual assurance of a population that is sufficiently able bodied, sufficiently educated, with a sufficiently competent class distribution, sufficiently armed and accoutered, sufficiently organized, and trained to “execute the law…, suppress insurrection, and repel invasion” to produce, maintain, and defend the commons.
