Pay back Treasury Securities as they come due with United States Notes and destroy an equal amount of Federal Reserve notes.
This will replace our debt based money system with a sovereign state money system. This is the ONLY way to pay off the national debt. This change can happen over night. The president just needs to tell the treasury to start doing it.
We must also end the fractional reserve lending system where banks can loan out money they do not have.
