Implement a national concealed weapons license.

  1. If you already have a concealed weapons license you are allowed to travel through the United States with a loaded magazine and one in the chamber.

  2. Ban local and state government from implementing unjust second amendment bills.

  3. Implement heavy penalties and or jail time for state and local government from violating the constitution.
