Perhaps instead of sending billions overseas to our allies in equipment and munitions, maybe the military could keep inventory of munitions and send some that needs to be used soon. DAILY the military depots are just destroying old munitions and making our whole valley shake. I can’t imagine that is good for the environment or cost effective!
