The food offered in public schools is not only disgusting but extremely unhealthy. No wonder American kids are addicted to sugar and flour. Look at the food offered in many other foreign countries like Japan, Norway and Korea. Healthy cooked meals without seed oils, food colorings or excessive sugar.
Physical education should also be a requirement for all ages. Minimum one hour per day of a hard workout but of course allow doctor notes if someone can’t do physical workouts.
Mandatory weigh in and measurements for kids. Keep an eyes on our kids for early stages of cardiovascular disease and make strong recommendations for diet and exercise changes.
