USA has the highest maternal & infant mortality. There’s an Ohio Community Pathways HUB in Mahoning County that partnered with YMCA to provide short term housing with certified health workers providing guidance for education, employment & childcare. Funding has run out on a program that works.
Partner with YMCA & a Community Pathways HUB for these basic needs. This would strengthen these women to provide a stable home & grow into a contributing member of the community. These children would have a healthier lifestyle.
